Welcome to Cities at Night

My name is Scott, and I am currently a mechanical engineering student. In the summer of 2007, I worked with an astronaut named Don Pettit, who had been a part of Expedition 6 to the International Space Station. I did image processing for him. While in space, Dr. Pettit took pictures of the lights emitted from various cities. These images look really interesting, so I thought I'd share some of them. In this blog I will occasionally post some of the images that I worked on for Dr. Pettit.
